Order & MOQ

Q

What is your policy on price changes after quoting?

A

Quoted prices are valid for 30 days from the date of the proforma invoice. If raw material prices fluctuate significantly (more than 5%) during this period, we will notify you before accepting the order and provide a revised quote if necessary. Once a deposit is paid and the order is confirmed, the price is locked and will not change regardless of market conditions. For long-term contracts, we negotiate fixed-price windows of 6–12 months to provide cost certainty.

Q

Can I get an exclusive fabric developed only for my brand?

A

Yes, we offer exclusive fabric development with a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) and minimum annual volume commitment. Exclusive development means we will not sell the same fabric construction, composition, or finish to any other customer. This is ideal for brands that want to differentiate their product through proprietary fabric technology. The development process typically takes 4–8 weeks and includes fiber selection, prototyping, testing, and final approval. Minimum annual volume for exclusivity is usually 10,000+ meters.

Q

Do you offer credit terms for repeat customers?

A

Yes, after 3–5 successful orders with consistent payment history, we offer net-30 credit terms to qualified customers. The credit limit is based on your average order value and payment reliability. To apply for credit terms, we may request trade references and financial information. Credit terms help you manage cash flow by allowing you to receive fabric and pay within 30 days of delivery, rather than paying a deposit upfront.

Q

What are the additional costs besides the fabric price?

A

Additional costs may include sampling fees, lab dip charges, testing fees (if third-party lab testing is required), packaging upgrades, and freight charges. Standard packaging (roll packing with plastic bags) is included in the price. Custom packaging (hangers, cartons, labels) incurs extra cost. Freight is quoted separately based on your preferred Incoterms (FOB, CIF, DDP, etc.). We provide a complete cost breakdown on the proforma invoice so there are no surprises.

Q

Can I cancel an order after placing it?

A

Order cancellation is possible before production starts with a full refund of your deposit. Once production has begun, cancellation is subject to a cancellation fee that covers materials and labor already committed. If the fabric has been dyed or finished, the cancellation fee may equal the full order value since custom-dyed fabric cannot be resold. We strongly recommend confirming all specifications before deposit payment to avoid cancellation scenarios.
