For production delays caused by our facility, we offer expedited shipping (upgrading from sea to air freight) at our expense for the weight difference. Force majeure events (natural disasters, port closures, customs strikes) are handled per the Incoterms agreed on the proforma invoice. We maintain a 5% on-time delivery penalty clause in our contracts — if we miss the confirmed date without cause, you receive a 5% credit on your next order.

We provide complete customs documentation including commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading/air waybill, certificate of origin (if required), and applicable certification documents (OEKO-TEX, GRS, etc.). For DDP shipments, we handle all customs clearance procedures. For FOB/CIF shipments, your freight forwarder handles destination customs. We can also provide FSPT (Free Sale Certificate), phytosanitary certificates, or other specialized documentation upon request. All documents are prepared in English and can be legalized by your embassy if required.

FCL (Full Container Load) means your goods fill an entire shipping container (typically 20ft or 40ft), offering lower per-cubic-meter cost and faster transit since the container goes directly from origin to destination. LCL (Less than Container Load) means your goods share container space with other shipments, which is more cost-effective for smaller orders but involves consolidation/deconsolidation time (adds 5–10 days). As a general rule, orders exceeding 10 CBM (cubic meters) are more economical as FCL. We can recommend the optimal option based on your order volume and destination.

Yes, we offer stock-holding and call-off shipping services for customers with production scheduling needs. We produce your full order, store it in our climate-controlled warehouse, and ship partial quantities as you request. This is ideal for brands with seasonal production cycles or limited warehouse space. Stock-holding is free for 60 days; after that, a nominal storage fee of $0.02/meter/month applies. Each call-off shipment includes fresh quality inspection and documentation.

Yes, every shipment undergoes 100% fabric inspection before packing. Inspection follows the ASTM D5430 4-point system, checking for defects such as holes, stains, color shading, width variations, and roll length accuracy. The inspection report is included with the shipment documents. For customers who require third-party inspection (SGS, TUV, Intertek), we can arrange pre-shipment inspection at our facility. Any rolls failing inspection are replaced before shipping — we do not ship substandard fabric.

Our monthly production capacity exceeds 300,000 meters across knitting, weaving, dyeing, and finishing lines. We operate 6 knitting machines, 12 weaving looms, 4 dyeing ranges, and 2 finishing lines. Yes, we can commit to specific delivery deadlines and include them in the proforma invoice as binding terms. For time-critical orders (e.g., trade show samples, seasonal launch dates), we offer rush production with guaranteed delivery dates. Rush orders (10–15 day production) incur a 20–30% surcharge. If we fail to meet a confirmed delivery deadline without force majeure cause, we provide a 5% order credit. We recommend sharing your target delivery date early in the development process so we can plan production accordingly.
